Shipping Policy

U.S. DOMESTIC SHIPPING

www.7even13brand.com accepts orders 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Orders are processed in the order they are received and expedited shipping orders. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

Orders placed are usually processed and shipped within 3-7 business days from the time the order is placed, but this depends on the volume of orders we receive. Expedited orders placed before 10:00 am CST will be processed and shipped out the next business day. 

​

All orders are shipped from Houston, Texas via FedEx, UPS, and USPS. 7even13 Brand ships to all 50 U.S. states and follows the standard methods available by UPS.

POLICY & TERMS

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from www.7even13brand.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

Return & Exchange Policy

Although we stand by our products, we understand that sometimes, returns or exchanges are inevitable. Please review our return and exchange policy below:

  • 30 Day Exchange and Store Credit Only Policy. If 30 Days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately 7even13 Brand can't offer an exchange. 

​

  • All purchase of sale items are final. 7even13 Brand does not accept returns for items in the Sale category.

 

  • ​​The customer is required to send the original merchandise back before 7even13 Brand sends out the replacement/exchange or before any credit is applied to the customer’s account.​

​

  • If, due to time constraint, 7even13 Brand has to send the replacement merchandise to the customer before the customer sends the original merchandise back and the customer fails to send back the original merchandise within 5 (five) business days after 7even13 Brand sends the replacement, the customer will be charged for the replacement item and shipping fee (if applicable).​

​

  • For reasons other than defect or incorrect shipment, a restocking fee of 15%-25% will be applied based on how the items are received. Restocking fee may be waived if the items are returned in their original condition. 

​

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs if the return reason is not defect or incorrect shipment.​

​

  • For replacement due to item defect, incorrect shipment, and missing item, 7even13 Brand will be responsible for replacement/exchange shipping costs to the customer, through ground shipping only. If the customer wishes for a faster shipping option, the customer will be responsible for the faster shipping costs.
